  • Speech and Language UK offers help and strategies for people concerned about their child’s speech and language development. You can use their progress checker and get directed to advice and resources.

  • Makaton is a sign language programme designed to help support speech by using signs, symbols and speech. Their website is full of useful resources and tips on how to use this programme, with videos of Sign of the Week and a library with signs and symbols.

  • ADHD UK is by people with ADHD for people with ADHD. The website has a self screener survey for anyone who thinks they might have ADHD as well as plenty of strategies, advice and products.
